1.1. In this document, which defines the policy of WebDad Limited Liability Company (UNP 291667035) (hereinafter referred to as LLC) regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) obtained using the websites https://webdad.by and https:/ /upgrade.webdad.by (hereinafter referred to as the Websites) and in another way not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, unless the text directly implies otherwise, the following terms will have the following meanings:
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person;
"Subject of personal data" - an individual in respect of whom the processing of personal data is carried out;
"Operator" - LLC, another organization, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data;
"Processing of personal data" - any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including the collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, provision, deletion of personal data;
"Blocking personal data" - termination of access to personal data without deleting it.
"Depersonalization of personal data" - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine the ownership of personal data by a specific subject of personal data without the use of additional information;
"Provision of personal data" - actions aimed at familiarizing with the personal data of a certain person or circle of persons;
"Dissemination of personal data" - actions aimed at familiarizing with personal data of an indefinite circle of persons;
"Deletion of personal data" - actions, as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore personal data in information resources (systems) containing personal data, and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
2.1. The purpose of the Policy is to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on personal data and protect the interests of personal data subjects.
2.2. The policy applies to all personal data received by LLC:
in the performance of concluded user agreements and contracts;
in the process of using the Websites by the subjects of personal data;
sending personal data to email addresses located on the @webdad.by domain;
obtained in some other way.
2.3. LLC processes and stores personal data in accordance with applicable law and this Policy in order to:
identification of personal data subjects using the Websites, as well as providing them with digital
proper provision of LLC services to subjects of personal data;
conclusions between the LLC and the subjects of personal data of contracts;
analysis of the work and improvement of the quality of the Websites;
sending notifications, commercial offers, advertising and informational messages;
providing information about the activities of the LLC and the operation of the Websites;
informing about promotions, discounts and special offers.services;
2.4. The Policy applies to LLC processes in which personal data is processed and stored, including using automation tools.
2.5. The current version of the Policy is posted on the public domain at the network address: https://webdad.by/docs/privacy and takes effect from the moment it is posted.
2.6. The policy is obligatory for acquaintance by persons transferring personal data to LLC. Using the Websites, providing in any way his personal data to LLC, the subject of personal data expresses his consent to the processing of his personal data on the terms set forth in this Policy, and confirms that he is familiar with this Policy and agrees to its terms.
2.7. This Policy is an integral part of the agreements concluded with LLC, when it is expressly provided for by their terms. Thus, by entering into an agreement with LLC in the manner established in them, the subject of personal data accepts the terms of this Policy in full.
2.8. LLC does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties, to which the subjects of personal data can follow the links available on the Websites.
3.1. LLC processes and stores personal data in order to properly provide services.
3.2. Personal data provided by the subject of personal data in order to obtain information about the services of the LLC and conclude agreements with the LLC, contain:
name;
mobile phone number;
E-mail address;
other data, which in the aggregate may be personal data.
Personal data, IP address, date and time of access and other similar information is automatically collected by the Websites in the course of their use.
3.3. Personal data may be combined by LLC with information that the subject of personal data reports in other ways (orally, in writing, by facsimile, etc.).
3.4 LLC processes personal data using automation tools and without using such tools, as well as in a mixed way, including in information and telecommunication networks, for the purposes specified in the Policy.
3.5. LLC processes and stores personal data for the purposes specified in the Policy.
3.6. LLC transfers personal data:
to the subject of personal data - without restrictions, except for cases expressly provided for by the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus; to other persons - in cases stipulated by the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. LLC may also transfer the personal data of the subject of personal data to relevant third parties when LLC has reason to believe that it is required to do so by law or if it is necessary to detect, prevent and suppress fraud and other illegal activities.
3.7. Personal data is stored:
on paper;
in the form of computer files;
in specialized LLC systems that provide automatic processing and storage of information.
3.8. The processing of personal data by LLC is allowed only in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
3.9. The period for which the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of personal data is given is equal to the period of cooperation or other interaction of the subject of personal data with LLC and (or) the use of the Websites. The subject of personal data may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending an application to LLC by e-mail to email: info@webdad.by marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
3.10. The assignment of the processing of personal data to a third party is carried out by the LLC only on the basis of an agreement concluded between the LLC and the third party in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. At the same time, the LLC fixes in the contract the obligation of the person processing personal data on behalf of the LLC to comply with the principles and rules for the processing of personal data provided for by the Policy of the LLC and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
3.11. If the LLC entrusts the processing of personal data to another person, the responsibility to the subject of personal data for the actions of the specified person is borne by the LLC. The person who processes personal data on behalf of the LLC is liable to the LLC.
3.12. LLC obliges other persons who have gained access to personal data not to disclose them to third parties and not to distribute them without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
3.13. The processed personal data is subject to deletion or depersonalization upon achievement of the purposes of processing or in case of loss of the need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
4.1. Subjects of personal data have the right to:
to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data;
to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data;
to change your personal data;
to receive information about the provision of their personal data to third parties;
demand the termination of the processing of their personal data;
request the deletion of their personal data;
appeal against the actions (inaction) and decisions of the operator related to the processing of their personal data;
4.2. The subject of personal data, in order to exercise the listed rights, submits an application in writing to the email address info@webdad.by in the manner prescribed by law.
4.3. The LLC, within five working days after receiving the application, provides the applicant with information in an accessible form regarding the processing of his personal data.
4.4. LLC within fifteen days after receiving the application:
about the termination of the processing of personal data, deletes them and notifies the applicant about it. In the absence of the technical possibility of deleting personal data, the LLC takes measures to prevent further processing of personal data, including their blocking, and notifies the applicant of this within the same period;
about making changes to personal data, makes changes and notifies the applicant about it or notifies the reasons for refusal to make such changes;
provides the applicant with information about what personal data was provided and to whom during the year preceding the date of filing the application, or notifies the applicant of the reasons for the refusal to provide such information.
4.5. The LLC has the right to refuse the applicant to satisfy the requirements to stop the processing of his personal data and (or) delete them if there are grounds for processing personal data provided for by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other legislative acts, including if they are necessary for the stated purposes of their processing , with notification of the applicant within fifteen days after receipt of the application.
