We designed and developed IT architecture and a convenient admin panel with the ability to manage multiple projects. The site was integrated with MoySklad and AmoCRM systems, as well as with Yandex Market, Ozon, Wildberries and Google marketplaces.

A flexible and customizable loyalty program has been implemented that motivates customers to make repeat purchases and increases their average check. The program has become an important tool for increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
Users got access to a personal account with the ability to manage their orders, track delivery status and participate in the loyalty program. The notification system provided prompt information to customers about the status of their orders and promotions.
The project was successfully integrated with MoySklad and AmoCRM systems, which ensured accurate and automatic synchronization of data on products, orders and customers. This made it possible to minimize errors and speed up order processing.

When a client approached us with a request to create an online store, there was a clear goal: to build a convenient, reliable and scalable platform that not only sells, but creates a truly high-quality user experience. The store had to meet the high standards of modern e-commerce — be intuitive for buyers and effective in management for business.
🎯 Task: more than just a website. The client expected not just a showcase with products, but a full-fledged digital ecosystem. Main requirements: Convenient personal account for users with order history, favorite products and settings. Online payment with support for popular payment systems. Real display of product availability in warehouses in real time. Deep integration with CRM (AmoCRM) and accounting system (MoySklad). Ability to scale and connect to marketplaces.
The project quickly went beyond the typical implementation. We faced a number of difficult tasks: Products were located in several warehouses, and the display of "in stock" depended not only on quantity, but also on location, delivery time and shipment conditions. We developed a flexible accounting system that analyzes balances in real time, calculates the optimal shipping point and correctly displays information to the buyer.
The client wanted not just a "discount coupon", but a personalized reward system: cumulative points, loyalty levels, referral bonuses and gifts for actions. We created a unique modular bonus system integrated with the personal account and CRM, allowing you to flexibly configure rules and segment users.
Since the client planned to develop several brands, a multi-site admin panel was developed where you can manage several stores from one interface — with separate catalogs, settings and analytics.
